The latest AVi to FLV conversion command

This is for Ubuntu. Make sure mencoder, lame, and god knows what else is installed. Having ffmpeg in there can't hurt.

mencoder input.avi -vf scale=320:240 -oac copy -ovc lavc -o output.flv
