Vector Graphics and Rotoscoped Movies

Lately I started experimenting with a new image program called Inkscape, and I found out tonight that it could convert normal bitmap images into vector graphics images. I would be interested to know if this technology could be applied to individual frames of home movies, and I will be testing this and posting my successes. If it works, it could drastically increase image quality for videos. This would be very similar to the Rotoscoping technique that is currently used by some Charles Schwab commercials, and the A-Ha video Take on Me.

Yeah. I won't pretend to know what any of that means.

Happy Birthday Kurt.

Just smile and nod, Heather. Smile and nod.

Also, I do not have a beard. That was Photoshopped in earlier.

Yeah, Sandy told me about your beard. Hope you didn't do anything too funky with the photo of my daughter...
